Jordanian Pride on Football’s Biggest Stage 🇯🇴⚽

As millions of fans around the world watched the 2026 FIFA World Cup Final, Jordanians had one more reason to celebrate.

While Spain and Argentina battled for the trophy, Jordanian referee Adham Makhadmeh was part of the officiating team as the fourth official, with fellow Jordanian Mohammad Al-Kalaf serving as the reserve assistant referee. Their appointments came after an impressive tournament in which the Jordanian refereeing team officiated multiple World Cup matches, earning FIFA's trust on the biggest stage in football.
